Mercado La Perla - Silverthorne

Probably the best Mexican food I've had in Colorado period. Very unassuming from the outside but absolutely puts every restaurant to shame in the Denver area. Don't forget to get some Chupacabra ice cream bars when leaving!

Really good burritos and fast service, plus an amazing selection of foods and toppings to choose from. If you’re thinking about going, do it. You’re not gonna regret it.

This place is fire for a post ski meal. They pack all their burritos and quesadillas (all we got) with meat and cheese. For the price you pay (inexpensive) you get a great serving of great Mexican food. Would go again. Would highly recommend the Barbacoa.
