Does the picture below look like a chai? They spent 15 mins making this…if I wasn’t pressed for time, I would have it back.

Horrible experience. No one in front of us. Ordered two macchiatos and a frappe. Two target employees show up and they start chatting it up with the Starbucks employees. Target people ask if they can make them a drink and they stopped taking orders, made them drinks while socializing. Took 10 minutes (times it) and finally finished socializing and got the drinks to the target employees. One goes back to the register and the other Starbuck’s employee makes drinks while socializing with the target employees still standing there. Now there are 4 different people in line waiting. Took twenty minutes to get our order, still without a single order in front of us. Didn’t get the order right for my kids frappe. Was told, “look we’re busy ok, I’m sorry…what do you want me to do?” Honestly left flabbergasted.Will NEVER go back! Don’t waste your time.

Worst service ever. Single employee made 8 drinks ahead of me. When it was my turn to order she was out of iced coffee. Waste of 20 minutes on a long travel day.

Steer clear of this Starbucks. Baristas loudly speak about how irritated and full of rage they are from performing their jobs. Always a long wait. Always a bad attitude. No thanks.
