Howard Hinsdale Cellars Bistro

So glad we found this place! Amazing food, drinks, wine, desserts, great atmosphere, and the owner is so nice. Found this spot driving back to Portland where we had dinner reservations. We decided to stop for a snack and a drink, and quickly cancelled our reservations at Toro Bravo and have dinner there after one bite of the fondue... so good!!! My fiancé ordered the meatloaf, it was seriously the best both of us has ever had. The owner introduced himself and chatted with us outside for a while, very nice person! We will definitely be back next time we're going through Silverton!

We stopped to eat on a Monday, didnt know the restaurant is closed, THE DOOR WAS OPEN, we walked in to be greeted like we intruded illegally! We are closed! Said the lady and the other 4/5 ppl were ready to tackle us if we did not obey...RELAX PPL!!! We just came to eat!!!! :

Good wine and service but some of the food we were served was inedible and was sent back. The little mushroom tart snacks were so stale. This sort of thing is unacceptable anywhere but especially in a place trying to be a bit high-end. The wine and the nice patio were overshadowed...

This place was adorable. We checked-in and made a reservation to come back. We were seated on the outdoor patio along the water. The cheese board was delicious the penne pasta. Friendly service and they took time to get to know us. Thank you so much for a great experience!

If you want a romantic dinner or a fun night out with good friends this is the place to come in Silverton! Owner Joel is a fantastic Chef ! The food is very well displayed on your plate and the wine selection is not or ordinary wine!!! Summer time is awesome on the deck and winter time is cozy inside with great music!!! Choose the Salmon you will not find any better then here!!!
