Contribuisci feedbackThe load manager had a argument with me about the fact that bp merrylands hit their wild bean cafe cards that is not for bp policy. they should be stamped in in ink and try to say that I should use two separate loyalty cards if I had no problem in both last five years. if her coffee machine had not been broken for two whole days in this week, I would have to travel to merrylands only. away to reward loyalty bp!
Came for the coffee on this rainy morning,Recovers very rude service from Rubisha,She does not wear names badge and with handy. She refused to make coffee and said coffee machine does not work and broken. I was loyal customer to bp I always prefer wild bean coffee. but very sad I got no coffee because rubisha
The personal is very rude and does not know how to serve the customer and behave. I went twice for fuel and both paints had the same experience. never again

Air and water is not working at all and it’s broken . There is 3 staffs working at the moment. Store don’t seem busy too as just 2 cars were there . Staffs not even bother to keep “out of order “ sign . It’s just been 3 times with same things. Don’t know how they are trained for there job. Service station with not soo service focused at all.
