We had to stay at the hospital and decided to venture out for a little. Saw Jersey Mike’s and decided to give this location a try despite the reviews. Food was actually really good and made in the perfect amount of time. Unfortunately one of the younger gentleman was to worried about where he could almost hide the tip jar and then ended up playing in his phone on the counter while his coworkers worked hard to get customers in and out. This location was clean for other locations I have been which was a bonus to see.

Terrible customer service. One of the sandwiches was made completely wrong. The cashier woman was huffing and puffing at the gentleman who asked for salt and vinegar chips (there were none in the front). Mgt needs to step in at this location. Will not be back.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes and don’t usually go to this location as it is not near my home, however, I have visited this location two times and both times coincidentally had gift cards to use. BOTH times the gift cards had more than enough to cover my order with money left over. However, both times the employees swiped the gift cards to pay for my order then placed the gift cards directly into the basket next to the register as to ‘dispose’ of them. When I questioned the employee the first time about there being money left over he told me there was nothing on it (when I know for a fact there was) and I asked for it back. He hesitantly gave it back to me. The second time my husband asked how much money was left over on the card and the employee told him there was $7 left!!! He asked for it back and she gave it to him. This location is not trustworthy and not worth visiting.

The food is good, but it can be insanely slow. I have to say that recently it seems to have become a little more efficient. Edit: tried this place again and as usual pickup was over 10 minutes passed the specified time when ordering
