The server were very attentive and friendly, but eating was overpriced at $18.95 I am surprised with all the good reviews about the hot food and wondered how our might have been so cold.
We decided to stop at The Garden on our way to the beach for a quick and light dinner. The restaurant was bustling on a Friday night, with many customers enjoying the buffet. We opted for just soup, which we found to be thick and somewhat sticky, reminiscent of the traditional soups found in Chinese restaurants that often use a heavy hand of soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch. While it wasn't to our taste, we didn't find fault with it either. I don't think we'll be returning, but I don't have any strong complaints either.
We had a great experience at the buffet. It was our first visit to this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. The prices were reasonable too. We definitely plan to return in the future.
The only good thing about the meal was the price of $10. Small and crowded. Buffet small too with not a lot of variety, mostly breaded deep fried foods with mostly sticky sweet sauces. For variety there were Canadian breakfast sausages and mashed potatoes!
