We waited 20 minutes for our order to be ready after arriving at the restaurant to pick up our food at the designated time (according to the app, the food was supposed to be ready). There was nobody at the pick-up counter to assist us, and when a woman finally appeared, she told us that the wings were not ready yet. When we finally received our order, half of the celery included was brown, wilted, and clearly spoiled (inedible). My order of 10 boneless honey BBQ wings was not what I expected; instead, I received a bunch of breaded popcorn scraps. I have never experienced such a disappointing display of chicken. I have dined at many Buffalo wing restaurants, and this location does not meet the same standards. The service was disorganized, from the front staff to the kitchen. Both orders of potato wedges were dry and overcooked, with some wedges appearing to be just potato skins. I would not recommend dining here.
These people run around in circles trying to attend every table and please everyone. I didn’t get the service I expected but I did ask what was happening and sure enough my thoughts were in the right place (short staffed because no one wants to work). You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up!
Came in to watch the basketball games after touring colleges in town. Good food and service.
Updated. See below for resolution. Overcooked!!!, dry, and under sauced. Love wing Tuesday. Last week they were great. Today so disappointed. They tell you to go to the website to fix the problem. They award you 1500 points which is equivalent to $10. Not good enough after spending $40 on unacceptable dry wings.
I ordered the Brisket Tacos with fries and ended up mixing them together, which was delicious! The bartender working that night (Garrett) was very friendly and made my experience even better.
