Contribuisci feedbackI usually like cpk, but this time: 1. we waited so long for placement (more than 80% of the tables were empty) 2. we ordered starters and approx. 5 minutes later we ordered our escape. the appetizers came and approx. 5 minutes later, while we still eat our appetizers, the escaped. I asked the waitress to take our escape and keep them warm until we finished our appetizers. 15 minutes later we asked that our escaped be returned and thought they would make new! the pizza, after sitting under the warmer for 15 minutes, was no longer the same. 3. the bianco flatbread was too salty. it had to be sent back.
That was my first priority. when our party of 4 showed up, we sat right away. service was excellent and once we were made to eat, we sat and talked and the staff had nothing to do with it at all. they were very friendly.
Great spot but no use to sign up for this priority seating ' OpenTable needs to take this place off the app. It does not give you a reservation, and it is a pain for them to mark you there in order to report it to Open Table. If you do not make sure this is done, you will be put down as a no show. The restaurant is great though, aside from this app being paired with it.
The priority seating is not a reservation, and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes for a table. The couple arriving after us did not have a reservation and got seated just about the same time. It was a very busy night. Server was too overwhelmed to refill our drinks, and tried order a pizza with half cheese/half no cheese (husband has an allergy but still loves the toppings)... we were brought a whole pizza no cheese. Server swore there was cheese on it, but it was literally just crust with toppings... and getting his attention was too difficult until it came time for our check. He took the pizza off he bill, which was kind but we were still hungry after so we drove through Del Taco. Just a real bummer. Won’t be back.
The service was truly exceptional! Not only did the staff frequently check in to see how we were enjoying our lunch, but they also anticipated our additional needs, like providing a to-go cup for our final beverage refill.
