Carl's Jr. - Simi Valley

Ever since I was a kid, I have been dining at Carl's Jr. because they serve the most delicious food. The shakes are always fresh and delightful. I am always eager to return to this restaurant.

Went through the erringer/cochran drive thru on 11/15 and had a pleasant experience with Judith taking my order and Christian at the window. She was patient as I made the line long and was deciding. He was attentive as I double checked with kids in the car about sauces and they kept changing their minds. Good labor is hard to come by and these two are very courteous and respectful. I looked on my receipt to give them a survey review and had to call to ask my options. They were even really kind and said oh they didn’t have anything to give a review so I came here. Really impressed honestly as a local business owner it’s so hard to find good young employees. Great job!

Service was good but overall place was in need for a renovation ASAP

The food at this restaurant is consistently served hot and freshly prepared. The onion rings were crispy and delicious, and my coffee was hot and flavorful. The service was fast, with my order being ready in less than 2 minutes. The employees are also friendly.
