Contribuisci feedbackI've been a fan of Firehouse Subs since the day they opened but lately their speed and customer service has been lacking. I've gone in to pickup online orders and have waited well over 10 mins beyond the pickup time. Typically there are 4-5 people making subs without a single of them acknowledging any customers in line. Sadly, I don't expect them to survive much longer.
Never going back again!!!!!! This place has gone down hill. If i can give it 0 stats i would. Worst customer service, food and atmosphere. It not sanitary at all. Been going since they open and noticed it started to go down hill the last couple years.
4 stars for the food sandwiches are great. Everyone who works here is just so miserable. Super unfriendly, grumpy, mumble when they talk. I mean I have never seen it like this. The one highlight is the very sweet man, who I assume is the owner, but I have not seen him in months. It costs nothing to smile.
Ordered the new pulled pork sandwich today and it was good. The price tag of $11.75 is over priced and a rip off.
You're always greeted when you walk through the doors. Even when there's a line I'm quick to be served. They always take time to ask how your day is going. The subs are always made neatly. Just an all around great place to eat.
