Pokistop - Simi Valley

Where do I begin. . . I’ve been going to Poki Stop since it first started business. I went today on 07/01/2023. I was helped by a young female who looked as though she just rolled out of bed. Mind you, it was approximately 1200 hours. I began to order, she told me that the boba drinks were unavailable in a rude manner. I continued eye contact with her and could observe she was being completely untruthful. My bowl was made poorly, her demeanor was as though she hated her life. She hardly made eye contact with me, was unprofessional, among other issues. I’m not one to write reviews. EVER. However, I will not be coming back. The staff has been consistently horrible. I will no longer continue eating there as of today.

Food is ok…poki seems fresh.Girl at the front counter has horrible customer service. No greeting, no eye contact, terrible attitude. Not sure why you’d want someone like that working the front.Food: 3/5

My experience here was terrible as the guy who's name starts with an M Mike or Mark) rushed me through my order while I was still trying to look at the menu. My order cost twice as much as it was supposed to in the end. The poke was mediocre at best.Food: 3/5

I like coming here but the girl who was helping me wow. What a buzz kill. Kinda a Debby downer. She looks like she hates being there and her personality matches. Food is nice though. No flies around. I wish I could say the girls name. It was June 1, at 6:00pm. Yeah that girl was such an experience I had to write a review. Good food though. Really.

I can't even believe the service here I understand they are short staffed but the girl working on may 26 at 6:42pm was horrible didn't greet us ignored us and then proceeded to do an online order before helping actual customers In the store she was rude and had a poor attitude I can't believe how down hill this place has gone she really needs a lesson in customer service good luck I would rather drive out of Simi then get poki here again. We literally left didn't even get anything due to the poor service
