Country Corner Cafe - Simla

This restaurant in Colorado serves the best burgers and fries. I also tried the gyro, which was on par with the best gyros from the east coast. The service was friendly and quick in a clean, old-meets-contemporary cafe. Keep up the good work, I'll definitely be back!

This restaurant is an absolute gem. The food, atmosphere, and owner all exceeded expectations. The owner was friendly enough to chat with us as we dined, sharing amazing stories about the country. It was clear that he takes great pride in his business and the quality of the food and service is top-notch. If you are ever in the area, this place is a must visit for a meal or even just a coffee.

The customer service and dining experience were fantastic. The staff was very friendly, with the cook even coming out of the kitchen to check on customers while the waiter took a short break. I was impressed by the fact that the cook even asked if I wanted more coffee. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.

Absolutely fantastic place to eat. I've been there for years. I used to migrate my dogs and they made fresh speck. wonderful staff, delicious food. Do you want a great little business to have breakfast? you will not regret it.

God Bless this place and the amazing people! The food was absolutely AMAZING! I can’t say enough great things about this place. Stop in, have a cup of coffee, enjoy the fantastic food and the homey atmosphere in everything that is the beautiful American small town love. Wishing we lived closer so we could stop in more often. 12/10 for sure.
