Contribuisci feedbackI would give this zero stars due to the treatment I just received! They made me feel as if I was not wanted there! It was a car in front of me getting their order placed, another worker walked past my car to service the two cars behind me. After she’s done with them, She’s standing there waiting for another car to come while I’m waiting to get serviced, mind you I’ve been sitting there for 5-7 mins waiting. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant!
Very rude employee, got my order wrong. When at the window, the young man giving out meals, standing outside, I told him I was short a meal, he acted as if I was just adding meals at the pickup window, then he forgot my drink as well with the added meal, and screamed in the window , NOW SHE WANTS A COFFEE! I then said that I had already ordered this and it isn 't something I 'm just adding. He threw change at me not once but twice! Change all over the ground. Horrible experience and very disheartening. May God bless him, this was not nice behavior at all.
Trash on floor every where, tables very dirty. Bathrooms needed cleaning. Probably the dirtiest chic fil a I 've been in. 6 :40 PM Friday Notified employee, he agreed they are pretty nasty . We cleaned the best shape table ourselves.
I ordered a chicken sandwich with Colby Jack and bacon. Cody was a joy to talk to and his service was excellent!The sandwich came out fast and perfect.I watched this young man deal with a big KARAN, Cody did an amazing job to help this very unpleasant woman.Thanks to Cody and chick fil a for a great experience!!
My sister and I were in Simpsonville today and we stopped at the Chick fil A that I have eaten at on several occasions. I ordered the deluxe grilled chicken combo, in which the “deluxe” includes bacon and Colby Jack cheese. I received my order and it did not have the cheese or bacon. I took my food back to the counter where I was dismissed by a female associate who sent a gentleman by the name of Cody to assist me. I informed him of what I ordered and did not get and Cody had the audacity to ask me if I just want the cheese and bacon to add onto the sandwich myself ?. Now mind you, the current sandwich has had time to cool. So was I supposed to eat it all cold at this point? Of course I say no thank you and ask for it to be remade (in hopes that it would be hot off the grill, right?! . Needless to say, out comes Cody with a not even lukewarm sandwich and now my fries are no longer an appetizing temperature for eating. At that point I was over it and just wanted my money back. I paid $14+ for this cold, lackluster meal. So when I asked for a refund, I was only given $11+ back. I mentioned to Cody that the refund was not correct and he proceeds to tell me that because I had drank out of the fountain drink, which was literally one sip that’s why I did not get a full refund. So I let him know that I would gladly throw it away and that’s when he agreed to give me the remainder of my money back! How distasteful is that??? He displayed horrible customer service to me and acted as if his behavior was appropriate. It definitely was not! I’m not fully aware of his position at this location, however, if Cody is in a managerial role, upper management should reconsider expeditiously!
