Contribuisci feedbackWorst experience. First, the team members (at least on this specific visit) are above rude. I asked for an iced matcha latte what was given to me was a brown-green drink which tasted like espresso. I tried to tell the employee instead of listening, she argued with me about how matcha is espresso (clearly, it’s not. It is green tea shouldn’t be brown), she tried to make me look dumb instead just showed her lack of knowledge for the drinks she serves. She then proceeded to completely ignore me service the next customer in line.
Shrinkflation is real and apparently hitting Dunkin too. Order a large latte and got what used to be a medium sized cup a few years ago. The flavor was still there but the cost and the ounces weren't.
Happy yo have a Dunkin' in the area, but it's basically it's a small take-out place with no drive-through. There are 2 small tables, but only eough room for a line of 2 before you are standing out the door.
New staff is terrible. They don't care about customer service at all....
I'm a regular customer here, primarily for the bagels with cream cheese. However, during my latest visit, I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of cheese on the bagels. This was quite disappointing compared to my previous experiences.
