Jersey Mike's Subs - Simpsonville

My husband and I are going ALL. THE TIME. You really had the best subs. I'm not sure what's going on here recently. Arranged by Door Dash order wrong, no chips in pocket. I wanted to go out of the restaurant yesterday. Again order completely wrong and missing one of my children's sub-parts. The subs were not even the great tasting. My lower part had a huge piece of onion on it and it literally made me sick. This comes from someone who loves onions, but doesn't take any bites from one. Super disappointed.

Learn how to make a sandwich and not forget my cookie. My staff and I don't waste our money back on this overcrowded garbage. The doorstep was already expensive and the fact that you all left things from our order makes it even worse.

Don't let it go. This place is usually ok when you go in person, but takeout/delivery is not in place. For the high price they charge for their sandwiches, you would think that they would actually take care of the quality of the sandwiches. These were the worst looking/training sandwiches I had. Look at the pictures. You hardly have anything to do. When I asked for the quality of them, the employee said that I could come in and they would give me extra salad and onions, but they wouldn't return the sandwiches. These sandwiches were delivered. Why should I go all the way to their location so that they can just give me compliments. I also asked about a manager, but the employee told me the managers only work by 2:00. Then he hung the phone. Customer service is also not very high on their list. Very disappointing. There are many other sandwich shops out there that have a higher quality standard and have better customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I've eaten by Uber. When I revived my sub, it was wrapped up like any sub, but when I opened, everything was outside the sandwich. It was so delicate and they loaded it with sauce so much that even if I tried to put the sandwich back together, everything would slip out. Too much sauce made the sandwich unedible.

There was a new cook in training and thats fine but when there is a croud waiting the trainer should take over until the crowd thins out. Also ran out of reg chips. They didn't know the stock was out until I asked for a refund.
