Little Caesars - Simpsonville

Simpsonville little Caesars SUCKS, try too order on line, it always says something went wrong, call too order nobody answers, finally after trying 7 times calling, someone answers, I give my order, they tell me it will be ready in 15 min, I get there in 15 min, go through the drive-thru, they tell me it will be around 10 more min, wait Have too get back in drive thru line, finally get the pizzas, order all wrong.

Pizza is always right and the puffs are good too.i get them everytime I order

Not sure.What was going on there on this particular night. The pizza was not fully cooked, and the taste not there. Right picture show the On pick up The left is after air frying it. seems it was a hot and ready pepperoni maide into supreme.

9:45 pm and they’re not accepting any customers. I refuse to order on the app because they don’t honor it and they don’t refund. Really sucks that the management doesn’t address this because it’s happened before.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing last evening. I waited around 20 minutes but no problem, if the pizza was good. They were very busy but the young lady was doing a great job at the register. Drove 10 minutes home, found a pizza that was cold, very little cheese, totally dried out, virtually no pizza sauce although I ordered extra sauce. Knowing pizza mine didn’t come directly out of the oven as told. I could not eat as is, so added sauce and pleanty if toppings at home. With that, the pizza was far to gone to save. Disappointed and I do NOT recommend this Little Caesars and won’t go back. The best Little Caesar’s I’ve found is in Woodruff South Carolina. Give them a shot.
