Panera Bread - Simpsonville

After seeing the Woman’s bathroom I will never eat here again. You need a code to get in the bathroom door so I can’t see how it got that way accidentally. This was also early on a Sunday.

This was our first ever visit to a Panera Bread, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was awesome! We had sandwiches, a soup bowl, citrus lemonade, and a strawberry banana smoothie, and everything was really great. We will definitely be back!

Incredibly dirty. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered from the kiosk and 2 “pick 2” soup ands sammies took 22 minutes to get out. There were a total of 10 people in the place and two orders we could see ahead of ours.Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Tables were filthy.Pick another Panera or other chain this one has never been good.

Been here at various times of day over the past few months. The service is always slow and orders are repeatedly messed up.
