Starbucks - Simpsonville

I loved going here. It was like the bank of Starbucks. Neat design. Also, it was my birthday the other day, and the guy that took my order (on Jan 31st around 2, I don't remember his name, but I hope he gets credited) was super nice. I was getting a free drink, and he even made it a venti. Thank you so much, man, that truly made my day.

This Starbucks is usually reliable, although there can be long lines from time to time. However, I kindly request that management consider installing awnings to cover the ordering station and the payment/pick-up area in the drive-thru. Nobody wants to get drenched while ordering coffee or end up with soggy beverages, food, arms, car interiors, and phones. Please and thank you!

The staff and service were excellent. This was my first visit to this Starbucks, and I wish all locations were designed like this one.

The restaurant is very spacious and cozy! I absolutely loved my chai latte.
