BUT... having to order from a handheld in the drive-thru when I can't even see the damn menu... so you can keep your line time down? No. Not okay you're gonna be losing more than me from that style. You're not CfA nobody goes there expecting CfA service. We want tacos the ability to make choices without the bologna of being handed an overhandled kiosk trying to learn how to operate it on the fly, where the items we want are, how to upsize or get no ice. It was a trash ordering experience. Be Taco Bell... how else you gonna win the restaurant wars?
First off, it took over twenty minutes to get my order, and even then it wasn't correct
This place is the worst Taco Bell location in the upstate. How is it I went through the drive thru get to the window... And the lady had the audacity to say to go back around because they had two cars behind me and my food wasn't ready. Completely unacceptable! Y'all got to get it together!
Fast order taking and delivery at drive thru. Employee was very fast and efficient and friendly. Order was correct.
They refused to ring up at the register. Instead, she said someone could help on the kiosk. Nope. If you can't ring me up for a human to take my money but can take the time to find someone to go out in the dining area to help someone with the kiosk how is that time management? How is that good customer service?
