The Signature Chicken Wings are highly praised and have never disappointed me in the past. The No. 5 pizza is also quite good, along with the Mini Burgers. The menu offers enough variety for a casual dinner with friends. However, be prepared for increased noise levels when it’s busy, which might make it challenging to hold a meaningful conversation. Overall, it’s an excellent place, though I’ve noticed some reviews recently mentioning a decline in staff service levels. This is definitely an area for management to address. The server greeted us at the door and asked us to check in before seating us. We were placed at the counter, which was nice. The chicken wings were absolutely fantastic—delicious! The Ikan bilis had a bit of a kick to it, but the sauce was excellent. There was a pretty good selection of beers, and I really enjoyed the Guinness draft; it was smooth and thick, just the way I like it, unlike some places where it's too fizzy. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, and the bartender was also prompt in clearing our plates and empty glasses. The restrooms were sanitized and cleaned every 30 minutes, as noted on the door, and they were spotless when I used them. The ambiance was cozy and pleasant, making it a great spot to catch up with friends.

I last visited ICB 16 years ago and had been a regular in my late 20s. It feels amazing to be back! The music is still fantastic, the food is just as delicious, and the vibe remains unchanged. I will definitely return soon. And please don't forget to play "Fortune Faded" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, just like you did 16 years ago!

Ordered chicken wings , fish and chips and quesadillas. All at $22 per portion. Chicken wings were good. Quesadillas and fish and chips were average. HH beers were reasonably priced at 11
