Food wise, the intestines were good, with no musky smell and very tender. The kway was a pleasant surprise as I usually don't expect much. However, the braised pork was a tad disappointing as it was a little dry. One plus point about this shop is that it makes a great hangout place for those looking for a supper spot as they operate till 12mn!
Mid night eating spot! Long queue every evening but the queue clears up very quickly. The food is simple, not the cleanest place but yes, it's part of the whole package of eating hawker yummy food.
The only kway chap stall I have returned many times and willing to queue for it. Even at 11pm the queue is still damn long. The intestine is very tender, don’t have foul smell or powdery. And sauce is not oily but yet flavorful. The chilli sauce will boost your appetite to enjoy your mea.
Old style kway chap that will remind you upon your first taste the old good days! Great for late night supper.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and work efficiently, even with orders pouring in from food delivery apps. The food here is fantastic! The taste is spot on, the prices are very affordable, and you definitely get value for your money. I only spent less than $25 for 3 people, and we had lots of added ingredients like large intestines and fish cakes. The noodle dish, known as kway, costs only $0.60 per bowl! This is definitely one of my favorite places to grab supper in the AMK/Bishan area.
