Bread Createur - Singapore

The sourdough loaf was outstanding—light, soft, and chewy. We also tried the ciabatta while dining in; it was chewy and airy but a bit lacking in flavor. Additionally, we enjoyed a croissant that was likely one of the best I've ever tasted.

The bread here is outstanding and offers much better value for money compared to many cafes near Beauty World MRT. They have a lovely selection of pastries, and if you're not too hungry, you might be better off picking a few items from the display window rather than ordering meals off the menu for the same price. As others have mentioned, coffee isn't their strong suit, so it's best to skip it. To make matters worse, they served our hot coffee in a takeaway cup, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had the Tuna croissant sandwich and the scrambled egg breakfast set. The tuna was quite nice, but the scrambled eggs were just okay; I’ve had better. I also tried the chocolate banana croissant, and it was good.

The food here is consistently excellent. I really enjoy the freshly baked bread. The croissant was generously buttered and filled with plenty of tuna, and the butter had a delightful cheesy flavor! This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit for fresh bread. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by! Parking can be a bit tricky since there are limited spots available, but it’s just a short walk from Bt Batok Park, and there are buses nearby as well.

You absolutely have to try their artisan bread! The croissant is so delicious that you could eat it on its own. It's a bit out of the way if there's no direct bus, but it's definitely worth the trip, and the prices are reasonable too. Their sandwiches are tasty as well, but the bread is so good that you could enjoy it by itself. I'll definitely come back more often when I crave a croissant! Their kouign-amann is also unique and stands out from what you'll find at other places.
