Been going to this restaurant for more than 25 years. I must admit it’s one of my top list for halal Chinese food. Always left satisfied after having my meal here
Good curry chicken noodle, with the chicken in particular being very nice and tender, even the breast. A mild but flavourful curry. The ngoh hiang is also fantastic.
The Menu is good. Alot of variety. Comparable to their neighbour next door Puncak which i feel quality dropped, (honeydew chicken was bland! Cahaya restaurant really shined with their famous ngor hiang! First its home made with alot of REAL ingredients u can taste and feel on your tongue. Next door, looks like its bought or factory made like a fish cake. U will love the food at cahaya. Worth it
Really homely tasting Padang, very good! Even the tehtarik was on point. Definitely coming back. Pricing was very reasonable despite Padang given a bad rep on social media nowadays.
