Chef Chan's Restrant - Singapore

I had a great lunch here! I did the 2-course selection and ordered steak frites and a chocolate dessert. The steak and fries were really great! The caramelized onions and sauce were a good combination and the fries were perfectly done. The salad was too acidic though. The reason for the 4/5 stars is the dessert was only okay. I thought it was too chalky and wanted something softer and sweeter.

We had an excellent time having dinner here. The food is delicious and service is attentive and quick. The wine and sake selection are all great, and we enjoyed the white, red wine and sake. Dining environment is comfortable and overall great dining experience.

Wonderful experience with wonderful food. Went there for Valentines day Lunch menu. The truffled chicken essence is really something. The lychee sorbet really did it’s trick and I felt like I could finish the last few courses.

Came here for our anniversary meal. Food, wine and service are all excellent. All food item taste good and the lunch sets are good value for money. Wine selection by the glass is great. Enjoyed both the South African Chenin Blanc and Italian Chianti very much. Will come back again.

We had a wonderful dinner at Flutes the restaurant is small, but the space between tables are comfortable and the decor is simple but nice. The service from all the staff were fantastic, showering us with details of the the food and drinks they served and paying attention to what we need. The food was marvellous..visually captivating and delicious. Must try!
