Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen (west Gate)

Celebrated my mother's birthday here recently. Waiters and Waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted us as we stepped into the restaurant and everything on the menu were explained in detail. The restaurant even served us a plate of complimentary red eggs for my mother. Very observant staffs they have. Shall visit again in the future.

We celebrated my Dad 80s birthday and their staffs are helpful and foods are nice too.. thank u.

My family visited Crystal Jade Westgate on 7 April’18. We were truly well taken care by the attentive staffs, with special mention of the Manager Ms Ivy Yuen. She always takes special attention on our dietary requirements, and strike a fantastic rapport with our kids. Her team’s service is well polished under her stellar leadership. We enjoyed her excellent service and we look forward to visit Westgate outlet again!

Order sweet and sour pork. It’s beautifully done. Sweet and sourness all in one bite. You can taste the critic acid tanginess with the sweetness in the sauce. The pork is a little too dry though. Braised eggplant with minced pork in claypot. Classic flavour ! Spicy wantons are normal and okay. Service is attentive and warm !

Went for late lunch at 3pm and restaurant was very quiet. Served by very friendly staff and manager. Nice Cantonese style cuisine. Xiao Long Bao is juicy but my son can't take the overwhelming Hua Diao Jiu so i get to eat all of them... Hahaha...
