Hua Ting Steamboat Huá Tīng Xiān Huǒ Guō

The tomato soup base is very nice, and the food is delicious with a great variety. The fish paste noodles are beautifully presented, and the chicken is fresh and tender. The meat and fishballs are also expertly crafted. The service is good, and hotel guests enjoy a 20% discount.

A friend and I enjoyed a lunch for five at Huating Steamboat. We made a reservation for 11:30 AM and took advantage of a 50% discount through Eatigo, which brought the cost down to S$3 per person. Without the discount, I think the prices are quite reasonable. The highlight was the excellent shark bone herbal chicken soup, which was flavorful, rich, and packed with collagen. Everything we ordered was great, especially the US Angus beef—it was the best part of the meal. We had two servings of that, priced at S$28. We also tried the fish paste for S$12, and our total bill for lunch came to S$129 net for five people after the Eatigo discount on December 10, 2019. Overall, it was a satisfying experience!

The soup base was fantastic, and the ingredients were both fresh and delicious. The sliced beef was far more appealing than the carved pork. I will definitely return. Plus, there was a great 50% discount available on Eatigo!

Hands down one of the best steamboat buffets you will find in Singapore. If you are an A La Carte Card holder, you definitely want to come here instead of one of the steamboat franchises. Menu selection is quite limited, but perfectly executed. Beef slices are beautifully marbled and delicate, and the kurobuta pork is amazing. We had the chinese yam soup and we were thinking about it. It had the taste and impact of a hearty seafood broth, remembering those you could find in established Chinese restaurants. The Ma La soup is not the kind you would find in traditional hotpots, but it is very drinkable. Overall, the buffet menu is any definition of quality over quantity.
