Jack’s Place - Singapore

We had ordered main course grilled chicken, bbq chicken, salad, cooler drink and soup. Food quality is average. Like the spacious environment. Happy to see they have employed many elderly staff.

Feb 2022 we ordered Lobster bisque which came with 2 slices of garlic bread, a chicken chop kinda dish with potato jacket and a sirloin with similar sides (baked potato jacket and some veggies). Oh and also a couple of wings. Lobster bisque unfortunately was a fail, chicken wings were OK, main dish was fine as was the sirloin which was well cooked. Wait staff comes to table to pour on sour cream, turkey bacon chips and spring onions on Yr potato. Iced water costs 50 cents a cup so we screwed that and ordered 'proper drinks '. Total. Bill came to almost $80 for 2. Wait staff were attentive and friendly.

For the place and the location this is an enjoyable restaurant to eat at. The staff are friendly and supporting older generation. I thought the steak and mushrooms were nice and my wife enjoyed her fish too. It’s simple food with some good flavours and texture.
