Contribuisci feedbackThe cocktails and service were absolutely wonderful. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating the drinks, which featured divine flavors. As for the food, the octopus ceviche was fantastic, but I found the truffle macaroni and cheese to be a bit overhyped—not the best pairing with the cocktails. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the curry-flavored popcorn! One downside is that the lighting at the tables is quite dim, which is typical of bars, so if you're looking to take photos with friends, this might not be the ideal spot.
We had another wonderful evening with friends at the Manhattan Bar in the Regent Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and quickly showed us to our table. The menus are well-designed, and the drinks were consistently excellent. Definitely make sure to order the desserts, as the snacks are also quite impressive. The mac and cheese has always been a favorite of ours. We indulged in some cocktails based on gin and whiskey. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotel bars in Singapore, and it's no wonder it frequently ranks among the 50 best bars in the world.
