Min Jiang Goodwood Park - Singapore

Visited Min Jiang for Christmas lunch wanted to have dim sum for lunch. Was pretty packed but the staff were quite efficient and got us to our table within minutes. Throughout the deciding and ordering, there was this female waitress who was helpful in also providing recommendations on which dishes to order. Also have to say throughout the meal they were so attentive despite being so crowded. They kept filling the cups with tea, though even once I finished mine and I wanted to refill myself one of the staff apologised and did the refill for me. In terms of the food, have to say the variety of dim sum is okay but not as wide as I would have expected. Food was pretty good but there were some hiccups during the serving of the food, was pretty slow but could understand the restaurant was really packed I assume the kitchen must be working very hard. Good and enjoyable food, prices can be considered reasonable in such a high end restaurant. The highlight for me was really the dessert we ordered instead of the dim sum. The deep fried sweet potato crispy milk was really very tasty I seriously could eat more. Overall an enjoyable meal and really impecable service from the staff.

Still my favourite place ... for our yearly Lunar New Year lunch ... every dish is nice ... this year they are not serving Peking Duck ... but our first try of the Camphor Tea Duck is also surprisingly delicious ... the most important of all ... to be able to enjoy with the family ... simple lunch 新年健康快乐

Good dim sum with nice ambience! Choose to sit next to the pool for a nicer view. Food was above average though pricing was a little steep. Service staff was also friendly though not always attentive. Really enjoyed the experience here!

I had very high greetings for min jiang. we had always enjoyed meals there, but our last visit this year was very disappointing with bad service and bad eating also especially for lobster and crab.

We have always gone to min jiang, especially if we have overseas guests. this time our experience was not so good. the service level was very poor that we had to call for service again and again and were told several times to wait while the guests arriving there sat. there was only one other waiting person there and she didn't understand us completely. very sad that the restaurant has changed even worse.
