The place is very comfortable to stay near by pubic transport , restaurant , supermarket and hotel..

Is generally centralise location which you may pass by between the station and 100am. Does not look attractive as it may look like some condo, but there are some not bad shops at level 1.

Feels like an old school mall from 1980s North America. Good restaurants and shopping including gourmet groceries

I hope that more exciting restaurants and shops will open in this area. My current favorite spot is Alice Bougalarie, which serves the best croissants in town.
