Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore - Singapore

I had a fantastic birthday celebration at the Siglap branch last night. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and Mr. Salvatore really made my evening special with a lovely surprise! Thank you so much for an amazing night. Definitely a 5-star experience!

My husband ordered a 2.4 kg tiramisu cake that was delivered last night, and we were extremely disappointed. This cake is not tiramisu at all; it resembles more of a cream cake. We used to be regulars at this restaurant, but this experience has changed our perspective—it no longer serves authentic Italian cuisine. There are now many other Italian restaurants that offer much better options compared to Pasta Fresca. It's unfortunate, but honestly, it's time for them to improve quickly.

Authentic Italian flavors shine through in the lasagna, which comes highly recommended, especially when paired with the garlic bread.

Very nice ambience and pasta are really good. Had the Al Salmone price are reasonable too. The staff there are polite and good strong memories too (shocked me abit to remember our (four of us) orders and type of pasta we want.

Compared to the days when dining-in was only allow for two pax, this place is totally transformed after substantial easing of Covid measures on 29 March 2022. It’s back to the hustle and bustle, and the EPL season makes the place doubly or triply bustling. It’s a cool evening that makes dining along the river a rare indulgence. The staff here are friendly but there is visible signs of fatigue as the service staff are in great shortage after the easing. I have been to their outlet at PLQ so the food and wine menu brings familiarity and assurance of the quality. I ordered the Grissini Parma Ham which is freshly baked breadstick wrapped in Italian Parma ham that pairs very well with full body ripe Primotivo wine to enjoy for a relaxing evening.
