Pizza Hut Thomson Plaza - Singapore

The food here is amazing. The staff was quite overwhelmed, and yes, you have to wait 30 minutes, but the best pizza, soups and pages we've ever had in every pizza hut.

I was here last Saturday at 1230 with 2 friends. The restaurant was quiet because only two tables were occupied. It was mainly delivery orders coming here with a steady stream of drivers to pick up orders. The pizzas we ordered are very tasty, hot and tasty. I would recommend this outlet for their good service and quiet ambience away from the crowd in the shopping center.

This is specifically for the Thomson Plaza branch. For some reason during my order online, the pizza I selected couldn’t be added to cart without clicking on the toppings. Unbeknownst to me, clicking it meant removing the toppings so imagine the shock I had when my pizzas arrived with no toppings! The delivery guy explained to me that I had removed all toppings and I explained what had happened during my order. He advised me to call the hotline for assistance but I decided against it as it would mean another hour wait for delivery. He called me back not long after and informed me they were going to make the pizzas and deliver to me again. I really want to commend them for their kindness and excellent service. To the delivery guy, thank you so much!
