High floor dining experience with nice view if you get window seats.
Appalling lack of varieties of food choices for the price charged at $115.35 per pax. Only salmon sashimi was available for a Friday night’s buffet, for seafood, there were prawns, tiny mussels and lobsters. What happened to the crab claws, lobsters claws and cockles that used to be served?? Cooked food wise, there were beef, roast pork, roast chicken and duck. These are outstandingly poor cooked, and I reckon you can easily get a much tastier dish at any random hawker centres. There was laksa too, this the gravy is good. Condiments like spring onions, parsley, chilli on the sides were not being topped up for the 1 hour I was there. Desserts were mostly gone by 8.45pm, and many diners came by the dessert corner a few times hoping for a refill but there were none. Feedback to the floor manager yielded no response. I didn’t pay such money for poorly cooked food, lousy service, and worse of all, insufficient replenishment of food. Bring your dollars elsewhere and your tummies will thank you for that. Avoid this place at all costs.
I have been to seasonal tastes for more than 10 times. The food variety is getting much lesser and I do hope that the oysters can be serve not only during the weekends. missing on the snow crab legs also.
I made a booking at opentable yet when I went to the restaurant they remove my booking. I had to find the email of the confirmed booking reservation to show them! This could be due to the poor service at opentable or the restaurant staff had intentionally remove our booking. This is a very disturbing behaviour and does not reflect well of the hotel management. Please look into it if you care about your business . This is not the way you serve your Customers
