The American version was similar, with steak replacing the sausage and omitting the mushrooms. While I was impressed with the variety, our brunch was disrupted by a small cockroach that scurried across the table. The wait staff quickly dealt with it by squashing it with a napkin and mentioned it could have come from outside. There was no attempt to address the situation further. Will I return? Probably not.
When I finally sat down to order, that image was front and center in my mind, and thankfully, the roast did not disappoint. It tasted fantastic. However, my only complaint is that my $18 plate of roast lamb only came with three, maybe four slices of meat. I finished it far too quickly! While there was a refill option for $7, I wasn't sure how much more that would give me. As I ponder other places to find Sunday roast, I guess this spot will have to suffice—it's a solid choice!
One of the standout main courses is the L'Entrecôte, a high-quality tenderloin served with rich butter and a creamy mustard sauce that leaves a delightful tangy finish. Another crowd favorite is the Baby Back Ribs, a generous portion marinated in barbecue sauce and grilled to perfection, resulting in tender and juicy meat. To round off your meal, don’t miss the Apple Crumble, where the sweetness is beautifully balanced with a hint of tartness from the apples.
Food is relatively good . Decent steaks sides . Overpriced for a place like this eg. I was charged 3 dollars for a sunny side up to go with my main. Other items were pricey as well if you compare it with a similar restaurant .Ambience is cool as well, kind of the sports bar concept .
This is my goto when i'm too lazy to travel and want a consistently good steak without shelling out too much. they have a range of cuts, but i usually go for the rump steak $29.90), which is a little less fatty than the rib-eye. i've tried a few of the non-steak items but wasn't impressed, so i don't really recommend the mains if you don't eat beef. they have an extensive list of drinks, with a pretty decent happy hour to boot, so it's basically the kind of place you go to if you want to watch some kind of sporting event in public and stay very, very lush.
