Sushi Express - Singapore

As is typical for a sushi express, this place tends to get quite busy during lunch and dinner. I often have the impression that they might be understaffed. The employees are not particularly warm, but they aren't rude either. On this visit, I decided to try a new menu item that I initially thought was beef, but it didn't taste like beef to me. I wasn't a fan of it, but later, after checking their Facebook page, I found out that it is indeed beef—it's called Pastrami Beef Sushi.

I’m still rating this place 5 stars because the food continues to impress me. The dishes are fresh and reasonably priced. However, it was evident that there was a staffing shortage, as the servers and manager appeared to be quite rushed. We experienced a few forgotten requests, such as miso soup, but we completely understand given the circumstances.
