We were looking for a place called Coconuts on the Beach and apparently they 've rebranded or something. No one that worked at the Hilton hotel and really knew what Coconuts was. It was a bit odd, but it was fine. I had a 3 egg omelette and it was ok, but not particularly flavorful. My wife had a waffle with fruit, butter, and whipped cream and she really liked it. The service was average as best, but it wasn 't anything special. I think it was typical for a beach vacation community. I 'm not sure if we would come back since there are plenty of other options, but it wasn 't bad either. If you are looking for an ok breakfast with a beach view it 's probably a good option.
Well lunch and life don't get better than the Singer Island Hilton hideaway Ketch Restaurant. We had lunch at the breezy bar overlooking the beach, and ordered the best Blackened Mahi Tacos we have ever had. With a generous filet of mahi, chipotle aioli, a very fresh pico de Gallo, and cheddar on a flour tortilla and a side of house slaw, lunch just got great. We actually had enough to eat by sharing, since the platter arrived with two fat tacos. Bartenders Brendon and Jessica are excellent, pay attention to detail, and never make a person feel rushed. LG all around.
Decided to give this place a try big mistake. Walked in for lunch and there was no hostess so we wandered outside and we were told we could sit where we wanted. Ordered our food as the menu looked tasty but we were disappointed. Two of us ordered the Blackened Grouper Sandwich. Very disappointing. Absolutely no blackened seasoning so the sandwich was very bland. The amount of grouper on the sandwich was maybe 4oz tops so not much food there. The fries were cold as well. Not worth $19 for sure! Service was terrible. Will not be back and do not recommend for food, service.
Located in the Hilton on Singer Island, Rivera Beach. Serves up some surprisingly decent food. We had the blackened shrimp nacho platter and garlic parmesan wings to start, crispy wings and nachos were loaded with lots of bay shrimp. The frozen drinks were very good. I split the half of roasted chicken with my sister, a little on the dry side. There is a seating area and a large outdoor bar. There are some low and high tables covered. There is also an indoor bar and seating inside the hotel just passed the front desk check in.
Hidden little gem inside the Singer Island Hilton is a very fine dining experience. Sit outside Sea side and enjoy dining that is friendly, quiet and with good food. It not a fast Food place but rather a fine restaurant in casual clothing. Stayed at the Hilton for the last four years and make it a point to eat breakfast daily here and dinner at least three times per stay. Food has always been delightful with interesting and classic dishes, large portions and great waitstaff. Check it out!
