Last night I am (after 3 years) back in the healthier old times, but for the last time. whether the restaurant is actually clean, you can hardly judge because it is really very dark. Unfortunately, in the last 15 years nothing has been modernized with regard to the tables, chairs, benches or the like. (there are no windows in the dining room) unfortunately we were not allowed to choose a place tonight, although we were the first guests (that happened more often in the past) we were led to a separate area where 3 tables are standing. my accompaniment ordered a yoghurt pan: swallow in a soda, bratkartoffel and sweet. I chose the crushed pan, a rumpsteak on roasted golden brown and bratkartoffeln. the really friendly service asked me how I got the steak, I ordered medium. While we were waiting for our dinner, we could unfortunately constantly hear the (probably) managing director on the phone, as he spoke unfriendly with guests who wanted to book and how he complained about various other things. after some time we were eaten in cast iron plants. when I cut my rumpsteak, it was still too raw/**** (medium rare.) I asked the friendly service to take him back into the kitchen and apologized for the circumstances I now prepared for the cook. the service responds super and after a few minutes she brought me the steak back. as I went on, I noticed the unsatisfactory view of my lead. her jam-pot insisted on the first sight not recognizable pieces of meat. the 3 pieces meat looked very fried and had not the round shape of a small. she barely cut that meat. the vegetables consisted exclusively of grains and pipes made of glass or dosis. about a small baghollandaise. the bratkartoffeln were absolutely in order. I ate my psteak, but it just didn't cost. I'm not a cook, but I like to fry meat and especially like steak and white what is possible in this look tastefully. Of course, the service noticed that the jägerpfanne didn't get well with the little ones, my guide also explained to her that the meat is simply cut, let alone chew. the service was really embarrassing and offered that the cook could come to our table and that they would bring a new piece of equipment that would be less fried. barely she was gone from our table, we heard the entrepreneur ask: ah? well, I understand that complaining is annoying, but it was so damn obvious tonight that there was no hand for meat. the service came back and apologised that the cook could not only come, he was on the phone. she served a new device that was as good as the previous ones. the flesh was incredibly hard and simply not edible. my companion said that she had never been served so much differently, and that it would be a shame for the flesh. then the service was meant in the kitchen one would have said that this would be the case here and would certainly be in preparation in the iron pan. I understood what I could understand, no more eating. she ordered something to drink and after eating I had another schnapps (williams birne) that was excellent! because the service was really very exhausting, and it was also sorry that there was a lot going wrong with our eating, I thought she would come to meet us at the price or at least go to the house (that would have been the least!) wrong! we have paid €15.90 for the barely touched jägerpfanne and €17.90 for my kutscherpfanne also the drinks. In fact, it would have been embarrassed by the cookers and/or economic leaders that the guests were so unhappy with the meat, but unfortunately no one could look at our table and there was still the feeling with a self-equipment, which was not because they did not only eat what came on the table.
Experience gastronomy in sinn im old times. the location is mercilessly decorated. the middle age theme is really great. but that also in the course of the decades always constant. that was really good. Unfortunately, you can't say that anymore. the price performance ratio is no longer correct. neither quality nor service are raised. the stunned heaps) taste grayish, the baguette is delicious, the dip overpriced. unfortunately no longer recommended. the steak I did not try but the supplements to it also looked out with baghollandaise without a spirit after tk. the local was clean. everything in all great to look at, but to go well eat not so really suitable unfortunately:
