Contribuisci feedbackMy husband and I had made a reservation two weeks in advance for a birthday brunch with eight people. We had discussed the menu options with the lady running the restaurant, ensuring there was a vegetarian option available. When we arrived at 11:30, our table was not yet set up. We ordered a bottle of cava and were served some bread and pastries while we waited. Unfortunately, the cava glasses were dirty and not filled properly. After an hour of waiting, our sandwiches arrived with ham and cheese that were not fresh. The promised vegetable quiche was not available, and the lady informed us that she was too busy to come speak with us about it. We were disappointed with the overall experience, especially when our complaints were not taken seriously. The service was disorganized, and even though the setting was nice, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
When we arrived at 11:30, our table was ready but not set. We ordered a bottle of cava and were served a basket of sliced bread, French bread, and pale breadsticks, along with fruit juice. Unfortunately, the promised vegetable quiche was not available due to the lady being busy with another event. After some insistence, the lady brought out bacon and eggs, but they were too much for us. She offered to make a tortilla instead of the quiche that was missing. Overall, our experience was disappointing and turned into a disaster. The lady did not listen to my complaints and offered excuses instead of solutions. The staff seemed disorganized, and they even charged a person who had to leave without having any coffee. It was a sad experience for us.
We had a reservation and waited half an hour before anyone came to take the order. After long, the drinks wait for the aperitif. The bites we had to ask again twice. They came when the drinks were up. The main dishes were also served in divided battery. Half the table was already done with food when the other half had to start. This isn't for repeating, and that was literally. The conclusion of some guests: This is the last time we got to the courthouse to eat. The number of stars for service is zero. The restaurant type ring is zero, too. You can certainly publish this feedback.
By ordering three different choices because there was no stew, spare ribs and bearnaise sauce. _ 1.5 hours after order! I forgot sauce at one steak. They'll never see us again.
We had two weeks prior to a brunch with eight people to lead us both to our birthday. Before today, my husband and I were gonna have coffee to discuss the brunch. Especially since we said there was a vegetarian in our company. Bacon with egg for everyone and only egg omelet for vegetarian. The lady also promised to bake a large vegetable quiche as extra. We arrived at 11:30, the table was shown, but not covered. We ordered a bottle of cava while there was a basket of slices and a half-baked French bread and a basket of bleachers served two cans of juice a basket with buttery buttery. The cava glasses were unfiltered, one walked over, and the last person only had 3/4 contents. After an hour of waiting and wondering, we've got signs for the sandwiches and got hesp and cheese that was in the fridge too long. The chocolates weren't fried either. After further questions, the bacon was delivered. Not bad, but too much. After questioning, there was no quiche, and the lady didn't want to come because she was working on a party arrangement. After my insistence, she comes to hear these comments: No farmer like the card, the pieces of French bread weren't cooked as a croissant on the card, not quiche, despite promise, but offer of tortilla. We didn't want to do this because we've been here so long. The chocolate bread wasn't fried after refreshment. For us, this was a disappointment. Which was supposed to be a nice tract for our children, became a disaster. Especially when the lady in my complaints didn't even let me speak, and as an answer, the French bread is now farmer, for the quiche, she had no leave and they wanted to make tortillas instead of the quiche. instead of the croissant, we have a brownie with the fruitsla, where only apples and a piece of apples were processed. The lady didn't have time because she had other things to do! She turned around and was gone! The waiter who served us was of goodwill, but the staff in the case isn't organized to serve a group with only eight people. In consideration, a person gave a discount to a person who had to leave early and not take the soup and for a child. Despite the beautiful environment and cozy institution, we don't want to eat there and not even drink coffee anymore!
