Excellent spot for pastries and tarts. The soda bread is delicious and the apple tarts. They now serve keith earls coffee there too.

Used to be friendly place to eat. Now take away apart few tables outside Staff looked unhappy. Very expensive. Food is quality but over priced.

You go to the counter to select your food. The staff is friendly. The food is excellent, the space outside is very conviennent to eat a quick lunch.

This used to be a charming little coffee shop, but it seems they now prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. It has transitioned to takeaway only, with just a few outdoor tables that lack any shelter. Everything is wrapped in single-use plastic, and a significant amount ends up littering Main Street in Kilkee. Even something as simple as ordering tea and a scone results in a single-use cup, a single-use plate, a single-use knife, a single-use stirrer, and separate plastic containers for a small amount of jam and cream. Every piece of cake is also wrapped in plastic. It’s truly disappointing that they don’t return to being a proper coffee shop and eliminate this unnecessary waste. We will definitely be looking for other options in the future.
