Chick-fil-a - Sioux City

The restaurant is consistently dirty whenever we visit. The bathrooms are in poor condition, and we've often found food left by previous customers scattered on the floors and tables. The small outdoor patio area near the drive-thru is stained and isn't an appealing place to eat, especially with a constant stream of cars passing by. Occasionally, when we use the drive-thru, the food is hot and fresh, but more often than not, the fries and sandwiches are closer to room temperature, despite waiting an average of 10-20 minutes to place our order and receive our food. We usually end up eating in a cramped parking lot nearby (the mall). It's clear that they struggle to keep up with the high demand they're experiencing. Because of the decline in the quality of the atmosphere, service, and food, we've chosen other restaurants multiple times. As for parking, the restaurant’s parking lot is often congested, and while the mall parking is nearby, it adds to the traffic congestion for the drive-thru, making it quite dangerous to cross the street to get to Chick-fil-A.

We really enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this location was somewhat unclean upon our visit. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10.
