Is on the hill, about an hour before the closure. the personal was more attentive to getting ready. the ordering took food did not bring any waiting personnel anymore. no drink does not refill like you were eating. eating was at best dirty. had a pack. my friend had a bbq burger. said it wasn't hot at all. but could not complain, no waiting staff. try to get the bar staff attention. they asked to wait a minute to the left, the opposite came back in about 5 minutes to clean the bar.

The family was here for the first time, nice and clean. very friendly. for a burger restaurant id must say it was the best burger I had in one. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The evaluation I gave to the service. we sat in a contemporary wise and the young man told us the names of our server, they came and took our orders, but when they brought the food, there were some things that should be there before we received our orders. they should have given us and gave us serviettes? had to ask 5 times? from different people and finally, when our server came and she asked how everything was, we all looked at them funny and asked for for fork and serviettes, although we were halfway through our food. I was a waitress for at least 4 years and I have always been sitting someone with cutlery and serviettes. Perhaps that is something that would have given us of the person who sat on our table. this is the first time that I have ever eaten at red robin, I think that could be the last.

Their new Brisket B B Burger has very little brisket and it was dry ever with a little pink. Dissatisfied.

Food was good, waiter was friendly and attentive though he was a bit overwhelmed because it seemed like he was the only server working at that time. Heard someone yell a phrase in the kitchen that would have the Karen's raging. Me and my date laughed it off, but probably not the best for the kiddos to hear. Was an isolated incident and not the usual experience of dining there we experienced in the past. Probably just someone having a rough day and not let me speak to the manager worthy. I only remember it because it gave us something to chuckle about later.
