These employees are very rude especially on the night side. the lady in the window ripened my card from the hands, gave me my order. that was not hot and my huh was so hard and I just threw it out. extremely poor customer service!
When we arrived at Sonic, there were only four cars in the parking lot. We ordered, paid, and then waited about 25 minutes for our food, which ended up being cold. The taste of the fried food was truly repulsive, and the soda was like something you would get from a machine that hasn't been cleaned in ages. The mozzarella sticks were cold and barely passable, and even though the middle of the bag was warm, that didn’t make up for the overall experience. Overall, unless they improve their service, I can't see this location lasting much longer. It's a shame because the Sonics in the South usually do well, but this place needs urgent help.
This is terrible! I paid $30 for 2 cheeseburger meals. they don't put on the burger, but invite them for a package. the people who worked there were rude! I can't recommend this place
If you are a Sonic enthusiast like I am you need to download the app and order exclusively through it. Half price drinks and slushes all day long! Sporadically they will add a freebie with any purchase or maybe half off of something which you can't beat.
