Taco John's - Sioux City

Do not eat here I got food poisoning from this place I know for a fact it was them because it the only food I have ate in past 24 hours

I find this location makes a mistake on almost every order.

Placed a $61 mobile order 3/30/24, when to pick it up and waited 45 minutes in the store. Asked for a refund 2 different times and the gal said oh we’re making it now. Comes up to hand me a sack with 2 tacos in it. I tell her that’s not my order. She said oh really, then went back and looked at a monitor and heard 3 other workers say oh we didn’t see that order. 10 minutes later we finally got our order. Then had to ask for cups for our drinks. She slammed the cups down and walked away. No sorry for the wait nothing! It wasn’t just us another lady sat in drive thru lane waiting 30 minutes for her order and had to come inside to get it. Another woman ahead of us said she had been waiting 20 minutes to 2 fish tacos. Then another guy walked out because nobody came up to counter to assist him. I guess our apology was a free churro. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning to this restaurant again!!

Asks for you to buy the promotion and they don't even give you the correct food.

The taco salad from the Singing Hills restaurant was very short on product. I would say 1/4 full. We order often at other locations around the Siouxland area and don’t have this issue. 3/14/2024
