Contribuisci feedbackI'm going to wendys, although the youngest visit was very bad. waited a good 20 minutes in the drive thru and was only 2 cars in front of me. I even made an online pickup order. I had to wait at least 10 minutes here. I asked what's going on. I have the online order 30 mins b4 I arrived, cmon. my order was simply with some burger, sm chili, lrg soda, 2 lrg erdbeerfrost. I asked two more times and got no answer. then the drive thru told a young man something and he went back to the grill place, gave her something, she torn into the bag and how hastened me away. I said my chili? he had to go somewhere to put my chili in the bag and finally I went with him. I came home and they gave me a bowl of chili bread, no meat beans, etc., and gave me 2 tiny torn chicken sandwiches I certainly did not order. I was so mad. I called the load, told the mgr and she had to be the dame on the car thru. she didn't really care to hear my complaint. I told her I wanted to replace my whole meal. soda frostys included. she told me to tell the day-shifted mgr, that is it? very disappointed. I was wasting $12. the chicken sandwich thrown in müll and also the chili width torn. I couldn't believe that, and that's my way to almost food restaurant. no more. she's not. I also love wendys chili. wish they had a different size than small, the 2-$3, or a large, but it is too expensive 7-$8. I can't remember. why not medium chili. hallo people. very disappointed. back to arby’s or hardee’s again.
The fries were cold, and the burger was poorly made. I had to wait in the car for 15 minutes.
The person at the drive was extremely rude. we asked for two separate orders, and the coworker told us only one order per car. we never said that, so we asked if he was sweating. he said, “No, goodbye.” in a very rude ton. we waited a few minutes to get the employee to take our order and we were totally ignored. I won't be back. we were very respectful in the question and we were met with a terrible attitude.
Outpatient contractors. they must understand that some are not so familiar with the menu as workers there and find it difficult to understand. the ton in the vote says enough. good is good. workers need courses to deal with impatience
Terrible customer service! I wasn't greeted when I entered Wendy's, and there was no appreciation for my order or any apologies for it being incorrect. The fries were cold and soggy instead of hot and fresh. This restaurant really needs better-trained staff. I won't be returning!
