Burger King - Sioux Falls

I arrived at 9 PM, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 PM. However, they told me they were closed, despite all the lights being on.

The food is tasty, the staff is relaxed and performs their duties effectively, but the overall cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.

I ordered through the app, expecting my food to be ready for my 30-minute lunch break. When I arrived, they asked me to pull around, and I ended up spending half of my lunch just waiting for my food. They eventually told me they had forgotten about my order. That doesn't help the fact that I can’t eat my food anymore. Additionally, the burgers are always overly saucy, and the fries are never warm.

Not my idea of a well managed Restaurant! Dirty dining room and bathroom. They neglect the walk in customers.

I don't go here often mostly because of how high the prices are. We only went this time because we had a paper coupon that came in the mail. The service was fairly quick and the food was decent but the restaurant itself wasn't clean it looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the previous day. Overall it wasn't awful but definitely far from great.
