Burger Time - Sioux Falls

The MOST HORRIBLE COSTUMER EXPERIENCE. We went to drive thru, and we couldn't hear who said the order. (Bath speaker or so) and this lady held YELLING and gave attitude because we couldn't hear them well and we wanted to make sure they got the order right. I canceled the order and called the store because for me customer service is EVERYTHING and you can belive this lady was the supervisor. You want to be treated well? Belive me, McDonald's is better!

Amazing food, fair prices, great customer service, definitely again when we can. Would recommend this place 100% for those who travel or just look for a bite to eat.

Thought it was just Fargo and Moorhead but it's the Dakota's very good.

UPDATE: We stopped while in town to get some lunch. Burger Time didn?t disappoint! The burger was fresh, crunchy veggies, awesome bacon! My daughter enjoyed their chicken strips, too! We stopped here on our way back to Rapid City. We got chicken sandwiches and fries. They were so good! The only thing that we didn?t get was the honey mustard we ordered. The food was amazing and the employees were very kind! If we?re in the Sioux Falls area again, we will definitely go back!

Great lil hole in the wall burger joint, flavor and freshness are on par. Great price for the amount of food you get. The deep fried pickles are a must, perfectly breaded and flavor to boot. Definitely wish there was one locally. Will be stopping here from now on when on my way through.
