Cheap Shots Sports Grill - Sioux Falls

This is my “go to “place anytime I am in the area. Great staff and friendly patrons.

I had some time to bum around while I waited for my daughter to get done with dance. The lady bartender was so rude and unwelcoming. I was quite shocked and thought I was getting punked. After getting some nasty glares, I reluctantly sat down at the bar and ordered. My total was 15.10 and I gave her a 20. She asked me if I wanted my change. Of course I wanted my change but I was shocked by her asking me so told her to keep a couple bucks. I would have given her most of it or all anyway but she just assumed she was getting it all. I go play video lottery for a bit and come back to sit by bar and she asks me if I still want my food. Lol! I got it 10 minutes later. No biggie but why wouldn’t I still want my food? She didn’t know I only had a hour. I was 1 of 3 people in the entire place and she made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. I get we all have bad days but was so bummed to get this type of service and wanted to hug her and tell her it’ll be okay. The next bartender came in (and was late to her shift) and was super nice. I’m sure that’s what was bothering the other bartender but that wasn’t the customers fault. Oh and she also brought my food out in a to-go box. She really wanted me out of there! Lol!

The food is delicious, but the kitchen closes earlier than I would prefer. Other than that, it's an amazing place! Tori is an exceptional bartender.

I shared a "2 for $23" deal with a friend. She ordered the riblets and the chicken rice with some sort of crunchy topping. I enjoyed the riblets, but the chicken was a bit bland for my taste.

When I inquired about leaving a tip, I was told that a 15% gratuity is automatically included in the bill. There were no signs indicating this, and it was not communicated to me in any way. If I hadn't asked, I would have been completely unaware. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, the food and service were quite good.
