Overtime Grill And - Sioux Falls

My server, Leyla, was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. I would definitely return because of the excellent service!

We ordered the nachos, and they weren't as good as they used to be. The flavor of the chips was disappointing. Thankfully, we ordered extra salsa and sour cream because there wasn't nearly enough on the chips. I hope they improve and return to their former quality. I guess this might explain why it's so much easier to get a table now compared to before.

The food was decent, but there was no table service for placing orders. It was quite noisy and felt basic overall. I probably won't return.

The chicken bacon ranch sandwich and chipotle fries were awesome! Lots of tvs to watch the game, plus beer specials. Great spot

I wish I could find at least one positive thing to say, however, that's not the case. The service was less than adequate Not once did anyone bring us silverware or napkins, we had fo fetch those ourselves. No one checked in on us to see if we neededanything during the meal (which we did). The bathrooms... gross. All 3 womens stalls were about as clean as an alley in downtownChicago. I'm disgusted and don't plan on returning. I do hope they make things right with us. What a waste. Good thing there'splenty of other restaurants in Sioux Falls when we come from an hour away to visit this city.
