Get to store and they are out of meatball(the one my kid wants,of course). We ran out about an hour ago So you ran out of both at 6:30 in the middle of your supper rush? C 'mon people, its Friday night, you 're having a good special and it 's cold outside. Plan ahead. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because public reviews stay.
This is a terrible place to go, the staff seems to HATE waiting on customers and if that isn't bad enough then the will you some very foul language if you say anything. If you call Eric Moore someone higher up he will treat you the same way. Your. Better off going somewhere else with a better vibe where they believe in customer service. It happen twice now! How hard is it to make a sub, take my money and move on to the next customer I'm not paying for the they employees to treat me like garbage. Don't risk it just go to another place.
We go there fairly often. Last night sandwiches were the worst we've ever gotten. Usually it's pretty good. Half the meat . I had 2 pieces of ham on a BMT. We'll give them another chance but beware of the workers.
1st time I've been to this Subway. The food of course was delicious. However the 3 employees that were working were not very friendly. They were very busy when I got there but by the time I got done eating eating they did get busy. And it was too warm in there. Number one you can't expect your employees to work in a hot place especially with food. Number 2 you can't expect your customers to sit there in the heat eating. Very uncomfortable.
This is the 2nd time I've placed an order through the Subway app, My orders were complete and correct both times. Very good and satisfied.
