If there is, (real hospitality) then you get the feeling I'm looking for, it's made up of a thousand small details that you can't articulate, just sit at the table and feel good, enjoy the atmosphere, the flavors, and time flies. In this case, I don't look for small mistakes like so many people do, I don't rejoice when the waiter stumbles, I don't check that the cutlery is a millimeter away, and if the food is a bit salty for me, I don't fuss but cheerfully reach for the salt shaker on the table. If the restaurant is full and I don't get the food in 5 minutes, I don't complain because I know that neither the kitchen staff nor the waiters are robots! You can find fault with everything, but before expressing your opinion, it doesn't hurt to think and look inside yourself a bit. In short, I got the feeling I'm looking for everywhere! I could write for a long time about the flavors, the selfless and natural but at the same time non-intrusive kindness of the waiters, the atmosphere of the terrace, the effect of the caressing and good-smelling breezes of the mountains, which also contribute to making me feel good somewhere.
